Easy to use
After dropping our laptop which killed the hard drive I thought all our old family photos were lost forever, came across this and for the price thought I'd give it a try, And it worked, took broken hard drive out of laptop plugged this into it and the other end into usb port on my mac and was able to retrieve everything, even my music

Poor
Didn't last more than a week and ended up putting the old genuine battery back in even though it needed replacing at least it worked unlike this one which was useless

Excellent Piece of kit
I bought two of these because the cheap throw away drill bits they give us at work wear out sometimes after drilling just one hole through steel. I have been using the first one for about a week now and I haven't been easy on it! However it is excellent and still works like it did the first time I used it, very impressed with the quality of this product and wouldn't hesitate to buy more
