Buy Used DVDs
You can do really well (cost-wise) if you can settle for used DVDs and not insist on the Blu-Ray version. The used DVDs generally work just as well as new, even though the box may be a little shop worn. And Blu-Ray is only slightly better than standard definition; generally not wotrth the expense on an older movie like this that you just want to watch and have a few laughs over. The movie itself is quite funny albeit ridiculous in places. I only paid $.99 for it so I thought it was quite a bargain.

You have to spring for Bushnell
1 of 1 found this helpful I have tried to save money on laser range finders. There are several on the market for around $100. Unfortunately, you probably won’t like to use any of them…except the Bushnell V4. This one locks onto the flagstick and vibrates when it has done so. That way you don’t measure the distance to a tree limb behind the green and think you’ve got the distance to the flag. Have you ever had trouble holding a laser still while you shoot the distance to a flag? The Bushnell V4 can easily be held steady with one hand. So, this thing operates perfectly. I almost gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason: it costs so much. I found a pretty clean one on eBay at half the normal price and bought it. The cheaper ones do work, but they are a pain in the a— to use.

Fas Track Model Railroads
1 of 1 found this helpful I had read a review of this book before I purchased it, so I had a pretty good idea what to expect. The other reviewer (not from E-Bay) indicated that the track plans in the book were not "blueprints" so you could not build a layout exactly from the information contained in the book. This might be true, although you couldn't tell for sure unless you actually tried to build each layout. In any case, the author did not try to claim that the sample layouts could be built exactly as pictured, and there is no need to. For me, the book was useful because the many excellent color pictures of layouts gave me a lot of ideas about the layout I'm planning to build. And that was all I was looking for.
