  the vase had 'bloom' and residues in the interior. i wanted, and offered, to return the vase, as i was unable send a photo. this was declined. the dealer hadn't heard of bloom, and so, in a defensive manner, was unwilling to acknowledge its existence. i explained the vase in this condition was of no value to a collector; considering the price and presence on ebay, i feel it must have been aimed at collectors, and not for displaying flowers. it also took over two weeks to arrive.
