- y***a (1570)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseItem arrived on time, unfortunately started to fall apart straight out of the box, despite being described as being in "very good condition" - sent a message to the seller explaining the issues and provided multiple pictures depicting the clear difference between advertised and received item - asked for a partial refund to cover the repairs but the seller insisted that its as depicted and described and not willing to cooperate. Unfortunate.

Seller initially said it was my responsibility to contact Hermes about damage and missing item. When queried, he offered a £20 partial refund which I refused, as will cost me approx £50 to buy similar missing item. Seller then accused me of lying about missing item, and said "I could have ignored you which has been done to me many times on ebay in similar situations." AVOID

Wrong diameter.
The diameter was not the standard for drum tensioners, as a result the tensioner are of no use to me and I've wasted my money!!!!!
