seemed to work as a mood stabilizer
product was good quality and delivered in good time, but I had to take more than the recommended dose for any noticeable effect. obviously everybody is different so some might find one capsule a day plenty, but I found it lacking meaning I was going through a months worth in a week.

rugged hardwearing boots that also look good enough to go out in
very solid construction, fully waterproof, warm and a great fit. you won't find anything close to this standard at this price anywhere.
