  🚫 Cancelled the item after me winning, questioned him about it and he outrightly lied about why it was cancelled. Really bad communication, bad attitude and extremely rude.

  As I explained in my message, the item was damaged and therefore I cancelled the sale before you made payment. I apologised for disappointment and at no point was rude. Once again, I’m sorry to have caused dissatisfaction but equally you would not have wanted to receive damaged goods.
