Very poor so far.

Product faulty. Contacted maker support, which is in Singapore, no very helpful. App on which using the product depends, is faulty and stated BT support not likely to be upgraded soon. Support promised a replacement device 10 days ago, still waiting. I am sure there are better a Ternatives.
