The Bomb
3 of 3 found this helpful This is a very clever, well-executed product at an unbelievable price. It's also cool to watch in action! Owner of almost every type of corkscrew, mostly by gift and largely unused, wedded to the good ol' standard waiter's model, I viewed this with great skepticism when I received it as a gift. The skepticism left home after about 4 passes with this thing. It's now my first choice and I have bought several to give as gifts. The foil cutter is the best I have ever used, bar none. The device's durability remains to be seen, but at the price NBD if it's short (but not too short) -lived. I also have not used it on older bottles with suspect corks, will probably continue with the "Ah-So" for those, but this is a must-have.
