LG 52x Was an Easy Upgrade from the Original 40x
The best part was being able to obtain it within the same time zone and the same general area, which kept the shipping cost low, and no delay as it did not have to cross any border, I would have given it the full five star if it was provided with either the original software driver or an upgraded one. The install /replacement was very straight forward as the 3 interface connectors matched perfectly. It is an essential component as it is part of an older PC that will soon be given away with a lot of software applications that can be installed using this LG 52x CD ROM drive.
