Works Great right out of the box

Completely easy to use, and the HOLD button on the right side preserves the measured value even when you take the item off the weight scale - that is good because many boxes you will want to weigh will overhang around all sides (just keep it centered for accurate weighing) and the readout display will be hidden from view.
So with the HOLD button, problem solved. Put item on scale, press hold, take item off scale, read weight.
For what little I paid for it, if it lasts 6 months, that will be what, about 600-1000 packages weighed - it will pay for itself.

EnerGel refills - good quality, fine writing
Pentel EnerGel pens are awesome, and buying refills is so easy, with so many sellers carrying them on eBay. What I love about these pens and the refill cartridges is that all of the sizes are interchangeable - I have some for fine writing (0.5mm), others for normal work (0.7mm) and when I have the need, bold (1.0mm) and they all fit within the same pen. I've never had a problem with the refills going dry or getting scratchy, and the number of different surfaces and textures I can write on without any skipping or smearing, well, they work everywhere I've needed them. I buy the lots of misprinted logo ball-point pens to give out to coworkers, but I keep these gel pens all to myself.

GREAT for most any cleaning (but not all!!!)
I have used this product before with my wine-making equipment with good results, it will remove stuck on must residue from the insides of carboys better than anything I've tried. It also works with other household items, such as stains on countertops, greasy residue build-up on kitchen surfaces (especially up and around the oven range hood).
It will even remove tar buildup from items exposed to cigarette smoke inside the home.
ONE DRAWBACK - I noticed that on several painted porcelain figurines which I cleaned using this product, the painted/glazed surface was left with a whitish haze which dulled the glossy shine of the surface glazing and diminished the intensity of the colors beneath - it took several rinsings with a separate clean soapy sponge to reduce this whitish haze. Bottom line - beware of potential residues on glossy surfaces.
