Tried to reach out to seller first, explaining that images in the listing were deceptive in that they showed a set of keys. Any rational person would deduce that a set of keys would equal a lock set. No locking mechanism was included with the product. Seller was rude and unhelpful, responding only: No refunds. Avoid this seller if you want a pleasant experience.
