  Awful e Bayer. Failed to pay despite saying they would then ignored subsequent e mails. Such people should be banned! Sadly e bay ignores these buyers. This buyer has faiked to pay for items many times it seems but they are still allowed on the platform. E bay shoukd levvy a 30% fine which would discourage non paying buyers like this!
