Really handy little cable

An extremely useful little cable to connect your iPhone or iPad to a projector. Being a genuine Apple accessory there are no concerns about compatibility with devices and iOS updates and whilst Apple's prices are extortionate, eBay is definitely the way to go for these.

What the Echo should have been!

Whilst I pleased with my Dot and my Echo, the one thing that both sorely missed was the ability to take them wherever I happened to be: being tied to a mains power supply was a significant limitation. This little beauty solves that completely by not only upgrading my Dot to a unit which, to my non-audiophile ears, sounds as good, if not better, than my Echo but also lets me leave the cable behind. The build quality is very nice - the unit feels suitable hefty and solid, the Dot fits very neatly and easily into the top to give a nice understated look and the speakers kick out a mighty racket: "Alexa, volume 10" gives a pretty good demo! The battery life is also excellent - I haven't managed to run it down to zero yet despite hours of music and leaving it off charge for two days and, all in all, it's a way more useful device than the dearer Echo. Suffice it to say that I won't be buying any more Echos: this killer combo is way better. Now if only Amazon would upgrade the Dot software so that two Dot's could form a stereo pair.... ;) Highly recommended device for any Dot owner.
