    I contact the seller twice. He/she isn’t responding. The shipping was great. It arrived on time. The shipping cost is reasonable. The problem is that the seller added on the item description is a FULL brim. When I open the package I only had two white pieces. I contacted him/she immediately to find a solution, but ignored my messages. Therefore I must give a bad review.

    Seller packaged my order wrong I received my oil in a poly bubble wrap mailer. I am a shipping and receiving clerk and I know when shipping fragile or liquid items you are supposed to avoid using poly mailers because they don’t offer protection but if you do add fragile labels so the carrier is aware. So with that being said my bottle was cracked and oils leaked in the plastic bag it was shipped with.
