Rotor works great.controller didn't.

For me it was easy to us I been in electrical and electronics for 56 year's. And in ham radio for the same amount of years. The controller did not work at all it came with the power cord cut off,I replace the Power cord with new one plug it in to an outlet and it didn't work. The rotor might have been new but the controller was not. I had another controller laying around hook it up and both work fine .to I needed the rotor for a project I'm working on.I glad to get it.
