1. The cover is difficult to open due to poor design. It really needs an indent on the base and facing it an extrusion or similar,to aid opening.
2. The buttons for the letters are much too small for grown up hands and too close to each other.
3. The question mark button (also space button) is much too small for it's importance and should be separate from all the others.
4. Games, calc. My list etc could all be eliminated and replaced with a Thesaurus.
I do not think any of these suggestions will be taken up but my opinion was asked so here it is.

No problems.
It was easy to fit with the supplied tools, and has worked well ever since.
