Fantastic little gadget
I have a 2007-vintage BenQ 15" monitor with a D-Sub (VGA) input that I wanted to use with a Raspberry Pi (HDMI output), so I ordered one of these adapters and it arrived the next day.
I wasn't sure whether the Pi would supply enough current to power the adapter, but I need not have worried; I connected everything together, switched on the Pi and the monitor, and once the Pi had booted, the display showed me a lovely crisp view of its desktop.
I shall leave the adapter permanently screwed into the monitor, so that it's input socket is always digital.

A wonderful album
This album was released in 2001, but I've only just discovered it—which is a real shame because I can't stop listening to it. Musically, it's very much in the same vein as "Moon Safari" by Air; a collection of sophisticated, smooth tracks featuring downtempo beats, strings and electric pianos. A very chilled out soundtrack for your day.

Just as good as Panasonic Eneloop batteries
Very well-made batteries that hold on to their charge for months after they've been charged. The same quality as Panasonic Eneloops, but for a much better price.
