Inacurate information in description
Super quick delivery - it arrived next day.
However, it is not as described because the advertisement states the weight as 5.6 kgs whereas it actually weighs 7kgs. The weight is important for the user because of mobility issues. We own a Dyson DC24 which weighs 5.0 kgs and can be used with ease.
To avoid carrying the DC24 up stairs, a shark vacuum had subsequently been purchased for use upstairs but proves uncomfortably heavy to use at 7.1 kgs.
Hence the Dyson Ball Animal was bought thinking it would be a suitable replacement for the shark. Sadly, this is not so, because the dyson is also too heavy for the user. The dyson has been returned.
That said, we would be happy to have a Dyson upright vacuum (not a battery model for fear of fire when charging) weighing 5.6 kgs or less.
