What about Miles with Centigrade?

My second Garmim, the first lasted over 5 years. If there is one thing I thought Garmin would have resolved was in the UK we use Miles and Centigrade, the the 2 choices are Miles with Farinheit or Kilometres with Centigrade, otherwise a well built and reasonable accurate date.
