The SHOOT MC-30 Remote Switch for Nikon D500. Small, easy to carry and use. Good value for money.

I bought the MC-30 Remote Shutter Release for my Nikon D500. It appears well made, and worked exactly as required, when I connected it to my camera. It is only a switch that duplicates the actions of the on camera release button, but has the advantage of a slider, to lock the shutter open for long exposures. There is no timer on this unit. It is quite small, so easy to fit in your camera bag without using much room, or just carry it easily in your pocket. I think it is very good value when compared to the price of the official shutter release.

Oregon Saw Chains, the best lasts longer.

I bought the 10" OREGON 91PX040 Chainsaw Pole Pruner Chain, as a spare for my Einhell 18 volts chainsaw. The low profile of the 91PX040 chain is perfect for this type of saw. I've used Oregon chains for years on my petrol driven saws, and have always had good service out of them, and value for money.

Camera Lens Mug.

I bought this mug as a gift for my photographer friend, as I had been given one as a present Christmas 2016. My friend is always making references to it when it's time for him to take his coffee break. The mug is a very good likeness to a 300 mm lens, and is not easy to spot when sitting with real lenses. I only use mine as a display piece, but my friend reports how good it is as a drinks mug, and keeps his coffee warm for a longer time than an ordinary cup. I believe it is a good value product, and of good quality. I recommend it to any one to buy for themselves, or if they have a photographer friend, I'm sure they would be delighted to received a quite inexpensive, but good quality gift like this.
