Not a rowing machine
1 of 3 found this helpful The product arrived ok and was easy to assemble. However on using it the poor design become apparent.
The main issue is that you cannot put in a full rowing stroke. On the recovery part of the stroke the handle hits the fly wheel before you have fully recovered. This is a design flaw beyond a joke. did they not consult someone who rows when they designed this?
The monitor is also v poor. It is unreadable when you are actually 'rowing'. At the end of a row I peer down and look at the distance I have rowed, and its close to world record pace! I have resorted to just using my heart rate monitor to judge how hard ia ma rowing.
This is not a machine for a rower, at best it is a keep fit machine.
Once the gyms re-open after covid I will be back on a Concept rower and this keep fit machine will be on eBay.
