  Nothing to do with the seller and all to do with Evri who lost the item but took weeks to confirm the loss. Communication with Evri was useless and when customer care did finally reach out they had no information of value. Both the seller and I were left in the dark for over a month.

  I do not understand why negative feedback was left to me as the parcel was lost by the courier, and I had no involvement with it. I provided a full refund, so I had done everything I could do.
