turn the television down
Easy to use, I could hear all kinds of new sounds, a car passing my house, I always thought the reason I never heard cars passing my house was due too the double glazing! my clock on the mantle piece actually has a quite loud tick! My doorbell sounds totally different. They have convinced me that I really do need to wear hearing aids.
