Easy to fit
Good quality product. Simple (with the correct tools) and quick to swap out the old one for the new one. Instructions, should you need them, are readily available as a download.

Quiet efficiency
Super stovetop fan. Starts up really quickly and whirls away helping to push out the warm air 'trapped" above the stove and the top of the recess its in. Indicative,magnetic,thermometer that comes with it gives a good idea of the ideal temperature to achieve and maintain.
