  I m going to be honest, I purchased product never turned up, little communication, after a week or so and multiple chasing, seller admitted was on holiday and assumed their staff would take car of the shop, unfortunately for them this was not the case, once the boss was back in I had my item in 2 days, I believe had Carole been in when I ordered my product I wouldn t of had such a bad experience, would I use again? Yes providing Carole is not on holiday

  Had to buy a DLC cable for it so couldn't try it until that came. When the cable arrived I powered the interface up and it won't connect to the software on the laptop using the mini usb port tried multiple casbles
