Not user friiendly
Although the main container was good and robust, the tap was located on the narrow base end. This meant that the container had to be stood upright on the small end which didn't allow space under the tap, which also meant that unless the container was raised on a box or similar the container needed to be brought forward to clear the worktop in order to get the kettle / cup under the tap. Bringing the container that far forward makes it unstable on the worktop.
It would be better if the tap was located at the bottom of the long end.

It could have done with a small vertical window to check levels
