No fiddling around with 2pin plugs
We lost our initial having left it whilst on holiday.
The new one has of course is 3 pin after having to use an adapter .
The shaver heads do not seem to be cutting and may need to be
replaced.
I had not used it for some time and I had not remembered that this
was happening.
The product I received is perfect.
