    Great communication from the seller. But from postage on the 4th it took 10 days to arrive..! Packaging was very damaged -I’m surprised the product stayed in the envelope.

    Really sorry to hear that! Looking at the tracking, it seems the parcel was returned to Gatwick hub and back and forward hence the delay. Please contact ebay customer service and raise the issue. Apologies. Hope you can still enjoy your purchase though! Thank you.
