    the item arrived not as described or seen in the pictures, when contacted the seller they took long time everytime I messaged them to get back to me, the seller was rude and tried to make me look like I'm lying about receiving the necklace all knotted and the weight of the necklace/pendant is less then what they showed in their pictures! The seller is rude and unprofessional when it comes to having a conversation, I would never do business with this seller again, the packaging was very poor to.

    The weight on my scale shown correctly, probably rounded up to nearest g Necklace was sent in original box and posted in new padded brown envelope. On this occasion I offered goodwill return as I stated no return on sale, Sold this necklace already at a personal loss.
