Just doesn't work
Doesnt work on dropsy, despite mulitiple treatments . Looks like my poor zebra danio is doomed to an early death !

Nice glassware but both units smaller than I hoped for and easily breakable .
Nice glassware but both units smaller than i hoped and the inlet to the external filter needs to come in a choice of different lengths as its to short for a deeper aquarium .
The outlet lily pipe arrived broke after a 41 day wait ! So its easily broken !
The inlet pipe ( which takes water out of the aquarium and into your external filter etc ) is nice but to short for most aquariums .
I've got my 12/16 mm hose connected fine ( used hot water to soften it 1st before fitting onto this pipe upto the point where the sucker goes ) .
You only get one sucker which means it's unstable and not as secure as it should be !
Ended up buying a separate acrylic lily pipe holder to hold it firmly in place ! ( a much better solution ) .
Tested the flow on this pipe and despite the narrow slits in it the flow is good both ways !
You will need a small flexible brush if you want to clean the inside at some point .
I've got mine attached to a short length of clear 12/16mm hose and this is then attatched to a double quick disconnect tap .
The other part of the quick disconnect tap is attached to another much longer length of 12/16mm hose , which i use for semi automatic water changes , leaving the glass lily pipe permanently in my aquarium , so i don't even have to get my hands wet when draining water out of my aquarium .
I haven't used it with an external canister filter !
I like the look in my aquarium , it's very modern and stylish .
Its to fragile and short to get a five star review .
I would buy it again .
It much better value than buying one in the uk .
If you can wait and live with the chance of it arriving broken ! Its worth a go .
This is my honest opinion .

Used on a fishless cycle .
Tried on a new fish tank to cycle a new filter
Please avoid getting it onto your skin ! It burns like crazy !
