I don't recommend it. Mainly just a scam product that intends to replicate and an attempts substitute for the real thing. I would go to a doctor instead and ask for a legitimate prescription (actually known as Phentermine) if you really are concerned for your health and/or believe you've run out of other options. Otherwise keep doing things that work for you and never buy something like this off the Internet.
