Delivery was ok and one of the boxes was fine while the other one contained a damaged shade. As they were well packed and the carton was undamaged it would appear that the shade was packed in a damaged condition, I could not be bothered contacting the supplier as the cost of repacking and returning the item would be not easy so we went out and bought a replacement shade.
