I followed up and asked for clarification, as I get all my packages at an FPO address on base. I also gave the seller an alternate address with my family in Virginia as a backup. Have not received a response from the seller in the past 12 days.

Be prepared to make it work
Positive: I ordered it and had it on my doorstep within 5 days- very happy about that.
Negative: the instructions were absolutely useless and nonexistent.
I had to reuse old bolts to install and go buy new bolts that fit inside the bumper just to mount it. Lowes is almost an hour away for me, so that was fun.
Both lower brackets were bent up and I couldn’t mount the bumper until I bent them out so it would actually go on the Jeep.

These did not fit
None of the holes were even close to the factory locations they were supposed to replace. I had to pay a machine shop to chop and customize these to make them fit onto the frame rails, it ended up being more expensive than simply replacing the frame rails. Customer service was very little help, so don’t count on that.
