Ansel narrates his images step by step, and shares honestly his thinking at the time of taking the negatives. He even includes the inevitable glitches that all image makers experience. For anyone who still delves into the world of monochrome film this is a must read. For anyone that wants to further their own craft in landscape creation, it is an inspiration.
