GPS Satnav made simple
2 of 2 found this helpful Upgraded to this from my old TomTom Truck XL. Very quick and easy to set up and use. It would’ve been better if I could have transferred all my favourite destinations in one go from my old sat nav, rather than having to search and enter each one individually. On second day of use, unit crashed, switched itself off during a journey and wouldn’t switch back on. Had to resort to iPhone Google Maps for rest of the day. When I got home I searched on line for info on this problem and discovered that I needed to hold power button down for 15 seconds. When I did this, the unit came back to life and has not crashed again in the last week or so since it happened.
