Excellent book
This book is one of my old time favourites and it's good explanation of how to train for beginners. It also can help you advance in your training. I use it mainly for warm ups and cool downs. Flexibility in training for before and after training weights. I use the knowledge it gives you and combine the newer knowledge you find with this to help with your fitness routine and make it your own. Most things in this book you can do at home and that's what I like about it as you can either use body weight, barbell or dumbbell training. I'm no fitness trainer but I had this book when I was in my teens and now I have it again and pleased I could purchase it.
