Help for broken backs. Move again.
1 of 1 found this helpful Medieval green door slowly opening during stretch class is distracting. City scene background not what I was hoping for. Hawaii would of been better. Camera angle work needs improvement. Exercise class excellent for fast results. Miranda's work outs just right for this 70 year old trying to restore a broken back. For 25 dollars (with shipping) it is worth it.

McCracken knows gold.
Still good information after all these years. Yes, If I lost my book I would buy this book again. Yes, I am keeping it for reference. Yes, I am satisfied with The Complete Book of Modern Gold Mining Procedures by Dave McCracken (2001). Wish it was in hard cover format.
