Waste of time sticking to outside of rubber heel. As with all makes of rubber heels. You will need some thickness left on heel to apply this method.

Arrived quickly. Read below. Cut into rubber heel and trial and error until rubber replacement fits snuggly into slot cut into heel. Pride open cut and insert glue and then replacement. Apply pressure to get clue to set , be careful glue is not set as heel insert can move out. Leave for eight hours. No problem as heel height has been replaced and cannot come away from trainer
