Far too salty
I bought this for a healthy snack but at 4.4% salt it is 3 times that of crisps and in my view excessively salty to the extent that that it is very unhealthy

Ok but there are better ones available.
I could only find two types of long plugs – these and the Merriway ones. I thought that they would be very similar and preferred to buy British rather than Chinese. Unfortunately the Merriway ones are better designed as can be seen if you look at the cross sections of both of them. These ones will work but they have to fit very tightly to the hole and if they don’t will just turn in the hole as I found and I had to replace them with an alternative.

Checked it with a known 4 ounce weight and it was exactly right
