Fitbit Blaze Smartwatch - a great buy
It’s great being able to wear this on your wrist as it also doubles up as a watch. It’s straightforward to use and the information it produces is easy to access. A very useful item to monitor your exercise regime, calorie output, blood pressure and sleeping patterns. A first rate product.

An inspirational read for anyone involved in managing and motivating teams.
I was lent this book initially by my son in law who both plays and coaches rugby. I've been an Alll Black fan all my life however, this book sheds amazing light on just why they are the best international rugby team in the world. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered a personal copy for myself to use as reference material. There is so much to take out of this book for anyone who is involved in managing people or teams and not just rugby. There are so many valuable lessons to learn from it that it that I need to be read it over and over again. I was certainly not disappointed and I don't think you will be either.
