reliable lead paint test kit

Unfortunately, Nitromors have stopped making these rather good little testers which are made in the USA, are simple to use and reliable. I wanted to test some lacquer/varnish on a product from India and it is not unknown for this to contain lead. There are more expensive alternatives on other sites which were over-priced. For this tester, you simply crush to two marked points on the tube, shake it to mix the two chemicals and rub gently on the suspect surface. In my case the item passed but as a control test, and whilst the tester tip was still good, I tested it on some lead flashing and of course, the tip went pink/red as it should have. So I am relieved that the suspect surface passed and relieved that an old stock item still worked.

good value and well made

Very well packaged headphones. Well made and easy to use. Well balanced sound. Noise reduction is good and what I expected for the price. They don't cut out all unwanted noise but being "over ear" design, they do a reasonable job once the noise reduction circuit is switched on. Overall, very good indeed and good value.
