Had a bit of trouble finding how to watch dvd. Previous Cello had a dvd button. Now have to scroll down source menu. Generally satisfactory.

Don't buy
Impressed by the cover, I bought this book, but was greatly disappointed by the content. Very lightweight descriptions and poor quality black and white pictures in limited numbers
I was taught that the shoulder throw is Ippon Seoinage (not Shionage as in this book)
If you are interested in judo, there are plenty of good value basic judo books available which offer good value for money.
The author is a British Judo Association black belt, but I'd be interested to know what Neil Adams thinks of the quality of this book by his student!
