Good at removing green mould and general dirt.
The product is easy to apply and is effective at removing green mould deposits. I have an Indian sandstone patio and I applied it according to the instructions, left it to work for about 30 hours and then power washed the patio. The result was a very clean patio with no green staining. However, I did not find the product that good at removing black spot. (Having said that, I have tried other products also claiming to remove black spot, but none of them work particularly well). It removed some of the black spot but certainly not all of it.
