Effective and Fun, fun, fun.....

Excellent machine to exercise multiple areas of the body. Lean forward for abs, back for core, and use a cross country skiing motion for arms and legs. The forward motion is excellent for the upper arms. I was going to put this away in a back area, but it needs to be front and center to get the best use and value. I moved a chair from the living room and added my Gazelle. Everyone who visits wants to try it our rather than sit on a chair. Lots of fun.
