Hi. My name is John Vinson. My wife June set up our account on E-bay, some time ago. But over the last 1 1/2 years, I've been buying and selling on this account 100% of the time. I now have more E-bay experience and do all the buying and selling.

NEW Major Decals Pressure German WWI Iron Cross 5-1/2&6-1/2 125 NIB
    23 Oct, 2015
    Iron Cross decals.
My experience was terrible, but I think, if applied to a surface in the proper way, the decals would be a great product. I totally destroyed one of the 6 1/2 inch by 6 1/2 inch decals. I'll tell you what I did wrong so you can benefit from my mistake. My mistake was that I removed the entire backing from the decal and in less that 5 seconds, a corner of the cross curled around and became stuck on itself. In trying to get that unstuck, it became stuck in another place. Now it's stuck in two places. It got worse and to the point that I caused a small 1 inch rip in the cross. Soon I knew that I was never going to get it unstuck by working with the entire cross all at once. So I torn it into 2 halves. I finally got both halves unstuck and applied to the wing of my Big Stick electric RC plane. The problem was that there were small creases all over the decal and I could see the place where I tore it into. In less than 30 seconds, I decided that it just wasn't looking good, so I peeled it off the wing and wadded it into a small ball and threw it in the waste basket. The entire process took me approximately 20 minutes and was a total failure on my part. I later found out from an employee of the company that the proper way to apply the decals is to remove maybe a half inch from one of the edges on the decal and then press the small exposed portion onto the wing surface. Then slowly pull a little more backing loose and work your way across the entire breadth of the cross. I had planned to apply the two 6 1/2 inch crosses to the top side of the wing and the two 5 1/2 inch crosses to the underside of the wings. I still plan to apply the 5 1/2 inch decals to the bottom side of the wing, but I have ordered two rolls of UltraCoat covering material, one white and one black and I plan to hand craft two decals for the top side of the wing and they will probably be a little larger than the 6 1/2 inch size. Bottom line, peel a very small portion of the backing off and slowly work your way across the entire decal. In fairness to me, the instructions that come with the decals are not clear on that point. But by virtue of this review that I have created, you will, I think, have an easy time installing the crosses and will be very happy with the looks and result and you won't have to take a long time to hand craft them. I needed the black UltraCoat for a black and yellow covering that I plan to do on an old plane that I was given and I'm restoring and will use as a second plane next spring and beyond. So thought I'd go ahead and get a white roll and create my own iron cross decals. Lastly, I think the iron crosses are a very good product and if applied properly will last the life time of your plane. I hope you read this review and reap the rewards of the information that I have supplied.

NEW Cosco 11-130WHT Home/Kitchen/Office Furniture Folding Chair Step Stool White
    25 Oct, 2015
    Cosco chair and step stool.
Very good product. Good price. Very sturdy, as I weigh 235 pounds and when I'm using it as a step stool, it's very solid and I don't think for a second that it's going to break and cause me a bad fall.
