Poor. Known design fault renders device unusable for me from new.
0 of 1 found this helpful Problem in design. This is my second kone mouse. First one lasted a long time, but developed an intermittent fault with the scroll wheel. Scrolls up and down randomly when it should be scrolling down. Known fault - fiddly (dismantle device to fix). Brand new one arrived with this fault. Still a known issue, apparently.
I believe it's a hardware design fault, but could be software, I guess - I use Win 10 pro. No other mouse I've got shows the same problem.
Supplier very helpful in accepting the return. But Roccat - you need to divert some of your marketing spend toward engineering.
