  Phone came damaged in transit which was no fault of the sellers... seller quickly resolved this and happily payed a refund for the cost of the screen repair .. other than this the phone is great .. thankyou

  As discussed with buyer I hadn’t ignored her I was waiting on a photo to proceed which I hadn’t received. Case is resolved and the issue was the item being damaged in transit, requested buyer changes feedback.
