YOU MAY BE DISAPPOINTED
If you are expecting a double CD of traditional Gregorian style singing/chanting you may be disappointed.This is a compilation album with some tracks relating to the album title but with plenty of others which I would place in the vocal/instrumental New Age/Celtic/Ambient(electronic) categories.The compilation gives a good chance to hear perhaps lesser known artists.The general sound quality of the recordings are good. There are 20 tracks on each disc . With some tracks you may be left with the impression that you have heard a part of the track rather than the whole thing-this seemed to me to be particularly in the case with ambient instrumentals.

VERY GOOD COMPILATION ALBUM.
Very good compilation album featuring tracks by Eleven of Hearts, Gary Stadler,Alquimia,Bernd Scholl,Marcator,and Gleisberg.There are track numbers but the tracks cleverly blend from one into another making a continuous piece.
