Help yourself.
Bought this product been taking it for 3 weeks, my family have had colds with coughs (not covid as tested) I've been in close proximity to them all and have not picked it up, I can only put it down to taking vitamin D. I heard on numerous podcasts that its essential we take it, as the U.K is northern hemisphere leading us to have alot of cloud coverage winter time, most likely would account for alot vitamin D deficiency leading to poor immune systems. This would account for viruses/colds being so hard hitting. The government should be informing us this type information is these unruly times, hope you all jump on this product its brilliant and essential peace out people.
