Good enough
Good product. Only problem I have with is that I left my feet on there for to long. Woke up the next day, my feet were bruised. It pained me for days.

Pill finder
While it's only been a week since I started using these pills. I'm noticing sone deff muscle definition. Only problem is the pills very over sized
